We serve suitable indoor and sheltered outdoor locations across the Big Island. Every booking is planned around your timeline and your venue.
Can we rent the Mirror X at a venue other than Koa’s?
Yes. Our Mirror X is available as a stand-alone event rental at suitable venues throughout Hawaiʻi Island, not only at Koa’s Events. Travel, loading access, electricity, weather protection and venue rules are reviewed in your quote.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. The packages are designed as staffed experiences, including planned setup, on-site operation and breakdown. Service hours refer to guest-facing booth time, not installation or teardown.
Are prints and digital photos included?
Standard print keepsakes and a post-event digital gallery are included in the proposed packages. The final proposal confirms print format, media allowance, sharing method and delivery timeline.
What does our space need?
The booth needs a flat, stable, weather-protected area with a suitable electrical outlet, safe access for loading and enough space for guests to gather. We will coordinate placement with your venue before the event.
Can we customize the experience?
Absolutely. We can plan a photo layout with your names, event date, colors or branding. Backdrop upgrades, guestbooks and specialty brand experiences are quoted separately.
Can we add the booth to a Koa’s wedding or Mobile Bar booking?
Yes. Ask about combined-event pricing. The Mirror X may already be included in a qualifying Signature Wedding agreement, so we review your existing inclusions before quoting an add-on.
